HEX is a privately funded company whose shareholder base comprises a small number of UK and other Financial Institutions and a group of high net worth individuals. Management only now holds 10.8% of the shares.
The HEX shares are not currently quoted on any stock exchange but it is the intention of the company to seek a suitable listing when market conditions are appropriate.
