Investor Relations
HEX is a privately owned company whose shareholder base is comprised of institutional investors and private individuals. The shares are not currently listed on a stock exchange.
HEX has the following share capital structure as at 31 July 2010:
1. 42,931,971 ordinary 1p shares in issue, of which the Directors hold 3,656,319 ordinary shares (8.5% of the issued share capital.)
2. 2,338,167 warrants in issue, of which the Directors hold 51,667 warrants. The warrants provide the right for each warrant holder to subscribe for one new ordinary 1p share per warrant held.
3. 720,000 options in issue, of which the Directors hold 430,000 options. The options provide the right for each option holder to subscribe for one new ordinary 1p share per option held.
