Hurricane is a privately owned company whose shareholder base comprises institutional investors and private individuals. The shares are not currently listed on a stock exchange.

The company has the following share capital structure as at 15 November 2011:

447,580,160 ordinary 0.1p shares in issue, of which the Directors hold 24,363,020 ordinary shares (5.4% of the issued share capital.)

23,372,560 warrants in issue, of which the Directors hold 250,000 warrants. The warrants provide the right for each warrant holder to subscribe for one new ordinary 0.1p share per warrant held.

11,527,710 options in issue, of which the Directors hold 5,567,860 options. The options provide the right for each option holder to subscribe for one new ordinary 0.1p share per option held.
